Guatemala Mission

God’s Garden Church, a small, tight-knit family oriented church based in Sacramento, CA has adopted a small village in Guatemala. For the past three years, a committed team of missionaries has been visiting this village and has not only been bringing clothes, basic hygiene necessities, and a financial gift, but they have also been bringing the greatest hope available to all mankind, the message of Jesus.

Just after one visit, it was obvious that in order for this village to sustain and grow in what Jesus has been doing in their hearts and homes, they need a meeting place. This has become God’s Garden Church’s goal and ultimate mission: to build them a church.

Due to a shortcoming in finances, the project is taking much longer than expected. The foundation of the church has been laid down, the walls are slowly coming up, but the job is far from being complete.

With your financial blessing, this project can accelerate and be finished at a  much faster rate. With your financial blessings, a village in Guatemala can finally have a safe and secure meeting place of their own. A place where the Love of God and the Hope of Jesus can continue to reach and change the destiny of many lives. With your financial blessing, you are not only sowing into the destiny of Guatemala, you are sowing into the Kingdom of God.

We are so thankful to God for all our supporters and sponsors. We wouldn’t be where we are without your prayers and financial support. No matter what amount you are able to give, it is going to make a difference. Thank you and may God bless you richly in return.

“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,  I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?  And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” Matthew 25:35-40
